Sometimes marketing can feel like an uphill battle. Today I want to highlight three examples of marketing that cuts through the noise, to prove it can be done, if done well.

What’s more, the three examples below all strive to drive a change of behaviour across society, not just rake in cash for a company. This is no small feet.

01 “No Second Chances”

This pop-up shop was advertised as if it was a genuine shop. When potential customers turned up, they found it full of clothing from people who had died on railway lines*. Campaign by Golley Slater.

02 “Help Me Quit for Baby”

This campaign by Jamjar Agency targeted expectant mothers who were struggling to quit smoking.

03 “Let’s Get it Sorted”

Following the Welsh Government passing legalisation mandating recycling for all all businesses, big and small (plus NPOs), Storm and Shelter produced this bright and optimistic commercial explaining the new rules to the public.
